About
Strategy practitioner.
Ops builder.
I figure out what companies should do, then build the systems to make it happen.
Who I am
I work in strategy and operations, program management, and project management at tech companies. I have for over seven years. Most of my work lives in the space between "what should we do" and "how does it actually get done." I build the business cases, the operating models, the cross-functional processes, and the reporting systems that help leaders make decisions and teams execute.
I started in retail management, running teams and day-to-day operations. That's where the operational instincts come from. From there I grew from individual contributor to managing a 16-person team, then moved into strategy and ops roles at tech companies. The through line has always been the same: figure out how something should work, then build the system to make it real.
I use AI daily and build tools and automations with it. I think a lot about how organizations actually work versus how they think they work. That gap is where most of the interesting problems are.
